We are now looking for a Security Engineer with extensive experience in IT security for an expanding organization in Stockholm. You will be a central part of the organization's extensive transformation journey and play a key role in ensuring future-proof security solutions. As a Security Engineer, you will work on developing and operating security solutions. You will ensure that the organization's systems and services rest on a robust and reliable foundation of modern technology, in an environment where security, availability, and quality are crucial.

The work involves close collaboration with operations, development, and security functions, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to both strategic initiatives and practical implementation. Your focus area may vary, but you may have the opportunity to work in different parts of the security domain, for example, with technical solutions in PKI/HSM, IAM/PAM, SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOC, IDS/IDP, SVS, etc.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Configuring, operating, and further developing security solutions.

• Ensuring that these solutions comply with internal security principles, external regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management.

• Participating in the development and documentation of routines, controls, and processes.

• Contributing expert knowledge in the area to projects and security reviews.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in IT and cybersecurity and likely deeper expertise in a specific security area. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to security and payment infrastructure. Experience with larger transformation journeys or security frameworks such as Zero Trust is also a plus.
